Dr. Kovach is an associate professor with 15 years of undergraduate teaching experience. Sheearned her Ph.D. from Miami University, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and aBachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace University. Additionally, Dr. Kovach earned a LEANSix Sigma black belt (LSSBB) certification as well as multiple Agile certifications.
